I start every day listening to Healing Sounds and when time permits,
ocassionally through the day or evening.
When I want to relax and meditate I pick up my head phones and drift away.
I have found that I can listen to guided meditations with the stereo while
wearing my headphones on the discman. It really aids concentration,
